ABC News: Would You Help a Lost Child?

Comments

yes i would. i'll always stop by. cos i myself is always frantic when alone anywhere out of my house and office, especially in crowded places, even if i know where i m heading..
Me too - as a mom, I can't imagine *not* stopping to help. Last February when we were skiing, I came across a 5-year-old who got separated from his ski team. The mountain safety folks managed to find his dad, who seemed strangely annoyed about the situation; I imagine he'd be a non-stopper... ;-) And apparently the ski team hadn't realized the boy was missing.
I have heard male grade-school teachers must be on guard lest they be accused of something unseemly if they are perceived as being 'too close' to a child and must always keep the classroom door open, etc.
